Refund and Cancellation Policy
At Cognificent Learning, we are committed to providing a valuable and enjoyable learning experience. If you have any concerns or issues with your registration, please reach out—we genuinely want to make you happy and will do our best to find a solution that works for you.
1. Live Webinars (Real-Time Virtual Events)
- Refunds will be issued for cancellations received in writing at least 72 hours before the scheduled start time of the live webinar.
- Cancellations made less than 72 hours before the event are not eligible for a refund; however, if a webinar replay is available, participants will be granted access to it for the original amount paid.
- Alternatively, a credit equal to the amount paid can be applied toward a future event if requested via events@cognificent.org within 30 days of the original event date.
2. Webinar Replays (Recorded Events)
- Refunds will be granted for cancellations received in writing at least 24 hours before access is granted to the recorded webinar.
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours before access is granted are not eligible for a refund but may be credited toward a future event upon request via events@cognificent.org.
3. On-Demand Content
- Refunds for on-demand courses and other self-paced digital content are available upon request at any time.
4. No-Show Policy
- Registrants who do not attend a scheduled live webinar and fail to provide prior written notice will be considered a “no-show” and will not be eligible for a refund.
- However, if a webinar replay is available, no-shows will be granted access to it for the original amount paid.
- A credit toward a future event may also be requested via events@cognificent.org within 30 days of the original webinar date.
5. Conference and Special Event Refunds
- Some conferences and special events may have unique refund policies that differ from the terms listed above. In such cases, the specific refund terms will be clearly stated on the event registration page, and those terms will take precedence over this policy.
